Oxford PharmaScience

We develop soft chew food supplements for pharmacy and private label, manufactured in Switzerland.

Our Story

Oxford PharmaScience was founded in the UK in 2008, trading in its early years as Oxford NutraScience. Our business is food supplements, built on our own soft chew technology, OXPChew.

OXPChew was independently tested at the University of Strathclyde in 2012, and has since been formulated into calcium, vitamin D, magnesium, energy, immunity and beauty products.

We launched the Ellactiva® brand in the UK, where it won industry recognition in 2019 and 2020 and was featured in the national press. Ellactiva has also been distributed in Hong Kong and the Middle East.

In Brazil, through Oxford PharmaScience Brasil Ltda, we supply sugar-free calcium and vitamin D soft chews to Aché Laboratórios for its Inelatte brand.

How we Work

We partner with pharmacy chains, retailers and consumer health brands to launch and supply exclusive soft chew ranges, under the Ellactiva brand or as our partner’s own label. We bring the commercial strategy, ingredient selection, regulatory pathway and market expertise, and we manage supply from Switzerland to shelf.

Made in Switzerland

Our soft chews are manufactured by Disch AG in Othmarsingen, Switzerland, a GMP-certified manufacturer with over 120 years of experience and one of only a handful worldwide able to produce soft chews at commercial scale.
