What we collect. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, company and message. When you visit this website, our website provider, Squarespace, collects technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit.

Why. To reply to your enquiry and manage any business relationship that follows, and to keep the website secure and working. These are our legitimate interests. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to understand how the website is used. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies. We use essential cookies needed for the website to work, and analytics cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing or blocking cookies in your browser.

Sharing. Our service providers, including Squarespace and our email provider, process data on our behalf under contract. Some may process it outside the UK, for example in the United States, under approved safeguards.

Retention. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed, and no longer than six years after our last contact unless the law requires otherwise.
